These terms set expectations for safe tutoring, manual payments, parent supervision, and student use.
Use of MyTutor
- MyTutor is a study helper designed to coach students, not complete assignments for submission.
- Parents are responsible for creating student accounts, managing PINs, supervising use, and reviewing activity.
- Students should not upload private documents, identity documents, or sensitive personal information.
- Admin support may access accounts for troubleshooting, with visible transparency notices in the dashboard.
Payments and tokens
- Payments are manual for now. Parents upload proof and admin verifies before crediting tokens.
- Token credits may be adjusted manually for support, corrections, top-ups, or monthly payment handling.
- Service availability may depend on hosting, email, AI provider availability, and account standing.
- Policies will be refined as the platform moves from pilot to production.
